It's a good idea to invest in some rashguards. These close fitting shirts protect you from rash and sunburn. It may sound like trite advice - but be sure to try them on before you buy them. A comfortable, yet secure fit will benefit you while surfing. Other options in surf gear include leashes, board bags, wet suits and fin systems.
